2. Eligibility
To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Acceptance of Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Sterling Bullion.
A contract is formed only when:
- full payment has been received, and
- we have confirmed acceptance of your order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Products
We sell physical collectable coins, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. Minor variations in packaging, certification, or appearance may occur.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal markets:
- prices may change at any time before payment
- pricing is only secured once full payment has been received
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We accept payment via approved methods including debit or credit card, bank transfer, and third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders where:
- payment is not received
- payment verification is required
- fraud or risk concerns are identified
7. Identity Verification
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering obligations, we may request identification before dispatch.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
8. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery methods and costs will be confirmed before purchase
- Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days from payment, depending on availability and sourcing
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods at the delivery address.
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report any issues as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal prices, orders for collectable coins are not eligible for cancellation or return once confirmed and paid.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including where goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies in line with UK law.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We will offer:
- a replacement (subject to availability), or
- a full refund
11. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Substitution will only be made with your agreement.
12. Storage
We do not provide storage services.
Customers are responsible for the safe storage of purchased items.
13. Buy-Back Service
We may offer to repurchase products previously sold.
Buy-back requests are subject to:
- market conditions
- product authenticity
- product condition
We are not obliged to accept buy-back requests.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud
- any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law
Subject to this, we shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profits or business
- losses arising from market price fluctuations
15. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
