Throughout these Terms, “you” or “your” refers to the customer purchasing or selling goods through us.

2. Eligibility

To purchase products from Sterling Bullion you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must also provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service where these conditions are not met.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Sterling Bullion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

A contract between you and Sterling Bullion is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

4. Product Information

We sell physical collectable coins including but not limited to gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or quoted through our sales channels are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Because collectable coins prices are linked to global market prices, all prices may change without notice.

The final price of your order will be confirmed at the time the order is accepted. Delivery costs may apply and will be confirmed before completing your purchase.

6. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, by phone, or through authorised communication channels.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Sterling Bullion.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Your order becomes binding only once payment has been confirmed and Sterling Bullion has issued an order confirmation.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payment via debit or credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified at checkout.

All payments must be made in full before products are dispatched.

We may cancel orders where payment is not received within the required timeframe.

8. Identity Verification

To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations, we may request identification documents from customers.

This may include a government-issued photo identification such as a passport or driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

Orders exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification. Failure to provide required documentation may result in order cancellation.

9. Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery methods and costs will be communicated before order confirmation.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once goods have been delivered to the specified address, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

Customers should inspect their delivery promptly and report any issues as soon as possible.

10. Storage of Collectable coins

Sterling Bullion does not provide storage services.

Customers are responsible for safely storing their purchased collectable coins. We recommend using a secure safe or independent storage facility.

11. Cancellation Policy

Due to the fluctuating nature of collectable coin prices, orders for collectable coins are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

This exemption is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude goods whose prices depend on financial market fluctuations.

12. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under UK consumer law, all goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose.

If you receive goods that are faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers may be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Buy-Back Service

Sterling Bullion may offer to repurchase collectable coins previously purchased from us.

Buy-back requests are reviewed individually and are subject to market conditions, product authenticity, and product condition.

Prices offered for buy-backs may differ from the original purchase price due to changes in market value.

Sterling Bullion is under no obligation to accept buy-back requests.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sterling Bullion shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or losses arising from market price fluctuations of collectable coins.

15. Events Outside Our Control

Sterling Bullion will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delays result from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or severe weather.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us using the contact details provided above.

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
