Returns & Refunds

Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal prices, orders for collectable coins are not eligible for cancellation or return once confirmed and paid.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will offer:

  • a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • a full refund

We will cover reasonable return costs in these cases.


Returns Process

To start a return, contact us with:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • photos where applicable

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and certificates.


Return Shipping

We recommend using tracked and insured delivery.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return unless the return is due to faulty or incorrect goods.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
