Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team before sending anything back so we can assist you with the process.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Coins must remain in their original packaging, capsules and presentation boxes
• Any certificates of authenticity must be included
• Items must not show signs of handling, damage or alteration
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange either:
• A replacement item (subject to availability)
• A full refund
Return postage costs will be covered in these circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, the standard return process outlined above will apply.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Our team will then provide return instructions.
